November 2nd, 2007 by WitherickThis is where the slog starts to review our current performance, and where we want to be. Part of the problem is the change where funding just isn’t growing fast enough to match needs while at the same time considering how our targets influence other areas.
Youth issues is a great example- we need to push partners to provide more activities for youth, or places for them to go if we are to help reduce anti-social behaviour.
